| turn off the phone wait for 1 minute, hold both volume keys, and hold power key for 3 seconds, get down to recovery mode by clicking volume down and when you find a android sign with with a recovery sign, again press volum up and down to gather, you will find the full menu select factory reset and delete all the user data.
