Hi, i'm trying to access to my account in the gsmfather page since 1 week, and i get a message that the account does'nt exists.
I always had access to it even after the change to the portal recently.
I also tried to reset my password several times but i didn't receive the reset e-mail.
My account still have credits, so i'm trying this way to recover them.
