Unlock of the ZTE phone models is universal operation, that doesn't require phone model selection.
You can try to unlock this phone by performing "Get unlock Codes" operation. In case if "unsupported phone model" message appears "Calculate" unlock codes by selecting "ZTE Blade" phone model.
Detailed manuals on "Unlock" and "Calculate" operations available at the official web site under the Help section.Or Just refer to this link.
