I tried to update my blackberry
I downloaded and install the 7.1.0.336
and using these steps

but its still on v7.0.0.528 also i tried to install the v7.1.0.402 for couple of times and every time it shows the massage (ur device software has been updated succesfully) but its still on the v7.0 !!!
