If you recover your phone after a remote clear, you need to do a factory reset:
1 When the phone is turned off, hold Camera and press Power .
2 Release Camera when your phone prompts you, and press the Volume down key to open recovery mode.
3 Touch the bottom right corner of the recovery mode screen (shows an Exclamation point).
4 Touch wipe data/factory reset, then touch OK.
