I paid for some online job (most of you know what). He actually did some for me, but as the story goes, the service stopped, and he says he will refund my balance. That was over 1 month ago.
Over 20 times I will chat with him, he will say before 2 days, then he not reply me in 2 days.
At 1 point he says he was travelling to Dubai, that all who he is owing should contact for refund, I DID, but he ignored me and travelled for 2 weeks or more.
Now he is back and the 2 days story has started again. 2 days gone, and he is not replying to me no more !!!!
