Are you sure that you have flashed the right version for your phone? Sometimes Motorola doesn't allow you to downgrade or change firmware version.
Sometimes when you use flash file with wrong firmware version, this can cause it's brick.
Are you sure that nothing is wrong with phone's hardware?
Because you told that phone "freeze in logo".
