Please please please help!!
as no one seems to know what all this is about
I purchased a huawei phone in the uk.
i am now in turkey. i want to unlock the phone to use a turkish sim. the phone is vodafone - and i want to use a turkish vodafone sim.
i have registered a turkish vodafone sim - but now NO sims work in the phone.
it is asking for a SIMLOCK block unlock reset key?!?!?
i have contacted vodafone who gave me a PUK code. this did not work.
i have contacted cellunlocker.net and they issued me with a code from my IMEI number - this has not worked.
I can access the phone - and use everything on there. Just cannot make calls or send messages etc.
Does anyone have any idea what i can do?!?!?
Im being told it is impossible - and really hope this is not the case.
However - i am unable to get back to the UK - so i hope that that is not the only way the problem can be resolved.
