 Solution for fix, Unlock, remove WARNING on new GD-30 ...

In exchange solution to:
- Unlock ALL new GD-30 (all weeks)
- Fix New GD-30 that wont power up (untill 00-21)
- Fix WARNING .. message (higher than 00-21)
