I need to upgrade my box to be able to use xGold service (

"Failed to Read X-Gold LOG2COD File -> XGold Service Counter is 0. UPGRADE YOUR BOX TO CONTINUE USING SERVICE.".,
But I am not receiving any response from Service.

Please I need help.
