If ATF software was never able to actually SHOW you the simlock table during
any of your scan phone sessions, then the simlock backup you made is just
a backup of the already corrupted simlocks (PM 120). So this is the main reason
why you got phone in "Contact Retailer" state, since the simlocks are already
bad when it got to your shop.


Also, your backup file name:

SL3_certificate_V ICPR72_09w44.18 28-05-10 RM-505 (c) Nokia_358226033016683__101141.pm

Does not show the LOCK Status of the Phone... Which means ATF Software was
not able to read the simlocks at all during scan phone...


A working simlock backup should show lock status like this:
SL3_certificate_V ICPR72_09w44.18 28-05-10 RM-505 (c) Nokia_354225035166565_Not Locked_24017.pm
