For privacy of our distributors we can't say the company name, for support we have been in touch with Mr. Philip Gore, Mrs. Kelsay Chow, Mr.Peter Copson and they validate the warranty first, purchsaed the license, for warranty no one resolved our problem, only get our money sent a fault main board, ask to pay again and why the machine have official 1 year of warranty.
