50 credits = how much?

how many credits required to become a reseller?
how many credits we need to unlock an at&t iphone or other networks.?
anybody can tell me the details coz on gsmfather's site an at&t unlock price is 3798.1 PKR while someone in my town is offering me to unlock this iphone just in 2800 PKR. and in this price he is getting some profit too..
so plz guide me about the price..
