problem is your windows do this
you can do this
1. backup your file then format your computer install the original windows
2.install antivirus before do any thing
3. install mobileEx 3.5 (rev2.3) setup
4.connect box wait all drives to be install
5.sign application
6. then open and see if is ok then backup your file
