| I dont believe it was a problem with the SIM reader slot. The customers card cutted very badly and dont fit in the slot, maybe damaged the slot. Our "hardware guy" repaired the pins and now works. It was strange i tried with 3 different SIM cards. Phone see the card but cant read it correctly. Sorry
