connect powered off st21 phone while holding volume down button, make sure usbflash drivers installed ( usbflash device appear in device manager )
then download software
Device Remover - The Powerful Device Manager
run it, wait until it finish collecting device info,then click once on button
"trigger hw detection"
after that connect powered off st21 phone while holding volume down button
copy ( right button, copy all ) "application messages" from program and attach it here.
