Go to Control Panel.
Device Manager.
Then uninstall the driver for Volcano Box(Prolific Comm to serial)
Uninstall the Volcano Box Setup.
First right click on My Computer.
Then click on Properties.
Then go to Hardware..Driver signing..
Check the first Option.
Then connect volcano Box to the cable.
Once it is connected u get to see the new hardware found...
Install the prolific driver which you get with the volcano box setup.
After that install the volcano box setup...
and U r done.
