This is how i get my galaxy s3 unlock using z3x box ,software v12.7
Lauch samsung tool and select model T989 and z3x serial port,select what ever port that your pc set to for the z3x box, on the phone first do a full reset by dial *#2767*3855# ,when the phone complete reboot dial *#7284# select modem and then press qualcomm USB settings and selec tDM+MODEM+ADB and plug in your phone uart cable connect directly to the z3x box and hit unlock after finish restart your phone and that how i unlock my att samsung galaxy i747 att.
