Hello support team sigma box.

I adquired sigmabox but i no undertand me the problem.

I try installed, but in the update sofware appears this error:

[ 31/10/2012 10:13:46 p.m. ] Error when connecting card in Axalto e-gate 1
SmartCard API error $80100069
The smart card has been removed, so that further communication is not

I installed and unistalled very times and update the drivers but nothing.

I need your help please.
