open ifile hit home button in dock of ifile
go to application>and find iTransmission>in this folder your downloaded files are saved
or
open ifile hit home button in dock of ifile
media>download>here are downloaded file

Nah i haven't tested any of above mentioned,im well satisfied with goodplayer
you have to copy paste your content to other application folder in order to play with it
