ot-903x, when i press direct unlock and it show

GBKey 1.37
Model selected : OT-903
Power off the phone and insert USB cable now...
Phone detected...
Waiting response...
Timeout !!! (error:9001)

i have already install the driver from page , and after recognize the device manager still show android alcatel driver is not install.
