Please, i did unlock this AT&T iphone, sumited on: 2012/10/25 and replied on: 2012/10/27, the #ID is: 8132 and the IMEI is: 013268004385256

But it is stiil locked and in the Action appear: In process

What is the problem? The iphone never was connected to itunes? Or what?

Please, I need unlock it, thanks. Regards!
