No, it's not correct. First time I checked it with your tool and it said it's normal. Later on I checked it with specific tool and it said it's blocked. So far it's confirming with what you said. After that I checked it again with your server and said normal. While the specific tool was still showing it as blocked. So it's either your server result or that free tool result is wrong. I need a confirmation on which one is wrong.
In case that free tool result is right, both of your results were wrong. The theory you provided doesn't hold good in my situation.
