Hello!
I have got a Nokia 6310. It has a problem, the phone does not detect the SIM card and recently Power down itself

. I treid the SIM card pins heat, but now I can not power on the phone. I checked the PCB, and I saw the tin near the CPU and System ROM

. What is the problem? How can I solve the problem?
