If you have Contact Service for example
in 3210 (up to 5.36) by wrong unlocking you have to desolder eeprom 24C128 (If you have test clip you don`t need to desolder if you have good program) read it, use repair prog, save bin
file and write data back to eeprom.

If you have CS in other phone by wrong unlocking/flashing this prog can`t help you.
