| If your PB isnt in hardware damage, you can charge PB with 5V/2A USB power. When cut the micro-usb cable and sold it to Hard Disk Charger, you must short D+ and D- (white and green) together.
For checking battery voltage, u can use point beetwen batt-connector and 2 black IC (in your pic)
