Hi, newbie here.
This is for nuclear_pfdq88d-eng 5.0.9 IMM76D 20121027 TEST-KEYS.
I also had problem with mid tab when my son put pattern lock and could not unlock it. Stuck at the screen asking for google email and password but not working.
I've downloaded lots of image files and rom but none succeed till i downlod this img

For sure i lost all data but worthty to get the tab working again. What i do i used livesuit 1.09, flash and format the tw mid tab. Work okey with touchscreen and no stuck at the logo when booting. Everything seems very smooth. I think this image will work with any nuclear_pfdq88d-eng. Give a try. I hope this will help.
