hello
what u want is
1 6.1.2 oficial firmwire
2 6.0 oficial firmwire
3 sn0wbreezedl-master
4 redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3

first u want to unlock ur phone u need to preserve base band

1 first use sn0wbreezedl-master and preserve baseband for 6.1.2 firmwire
2 update the sn0wbreezedl-master created firmwire
3 jailbreak with redsn0w_win_0.9.15b3 ( by select 6.0 firm)
4 then use read snow and just boot
5 open cydia
6 after load close that
7 open evasi0n-win-1.4 and jailbreak again
8 after that open cydia and install ultrasn0w
thats all untethered jailbreak work perfectly
