| Clean up all ur drivers...its driver problem...Drivers are mismatching due to which Imei gets Written but still invalid....if PC will detect device Exactly what is to be detected..then IMEI will both gets Written and Showing OK...no more INVALID.
Reinstall ur windows or Update ur Service Pack...and install correct drivers.
