Finally i found the solution for pattern unlock karbonn A3. The software i use for it is below linked android multi tools v1.02b gsmforum - Download - 4shared

open it and put the mobile in fast boot mode ..by pressing volume down + power for minimum 30 sec ..
then provide the android adb driver and then type 8 on the android multi tools..
