9700multiLCD was removed from support, bcz is not ok
About 9000 try this:
1. Download
MFI-9000_NoRtas.rar and write in phone.
2. Download
RadioLab
3. Do step in this image:
4. Flash with higth 9000.**.zflash
Post the result. Luck
