i have an s4 i9505 in service after root it has imei null/null and baseband unknown

function *#9090# doesn`t work, it is black blank screen and no selection for uart functions

*#7284# and *#0808# are working

on repair function everything is ok but when it says to connect to uart cable it answer it has no response from phone

i flashed the two flashes from suport but the situation is the same

any sugestions?
