Turn off the mobile phone ..., remove the battery,
insert the memory card, insert battery, turn on the mobile, then go into
Settings --- >>>
---- >>>
SD card and phone storage--- >>>
----->>>>
Unmount SD card..., then
Mount SD card and it's done ....
The problem will be
solved Menu and Back key now working
