Pls follow below steps to Hard reset the Xpad X801…..
1. Connect the Charger to the Tab.
2. Power off the device (Push Reset key if device is in hanged state)
3. Press volume- & hold it
4. Now press power key for 2-3 min. You will get below screen,
& after that below screen
Pls press Vol+ & Vol- Keys to move up & down. You need to select “Wipe data/Factory Reset”
& Press “power key”
You will get below screen
Select “delete all user data” & push the Power key.
Will get below screen
Select “reboot system now” & Push the Power key.
& you are done......
