lg p870 firmware files?

I have the dll file and was going to use LG Flash tool. Will re-flashing it with firmware files unlock it? Right now it's stuck on AT&T.

Edit:

Sorry.. Just found the firmware files in another post.
It says ATT in the file name. Will it unlock it? OR do I need another firmware file?
