use GPG DRAGON V3.26 & select pinouts manually.
for manually pinouts selection-
*untick scan pinouts,
*click on set_pinout,
*vcc on 1,
D- on 2,
D+ on 3,
&GND on 4,
in this window seect box port and click set,a message will come and click ok(do not close set _pinout window).
now select spd 6820 & do format only user data,your problem solve.
