You phone is not rooted, You need to root it manually.
Also please always read carefully software manual (press "Help" button in software) before to perform any operation:
Repair IMEI:
1. Root your phone manualy.
2. Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable.
3. Enter correct IMEI.
4. Click "IMEI fix" button.
5. Follow software instructions (prompts).
Root:
1. Put phone into Download Mode.
2. Connect the phone to PC via Micro USB cable.
3. Install required driver.
4. Select "Root_GT-I9190.oct" firmware file.
5. Click "Write firmware" button.
6 .Copy the file "GT-I9190_RootKit_v1.zip" to the root folder of your memory card.
7. Shutdown your device.
8. Put your device into Recovery mode.
9. Select "apply update from sdcard" and choose "GT-I9190_RootKit_v1.zip".
10. Select "reboot system now".
11. After reboot phone will be rooted.
Please carefully perform all these steps to root the phone.
