if samsung e2152i and other samsung models which have same charging ic similor wid e2152i shows only charging but not filling battery then find charging ic having 6 pins and check all pins 1 pin will show current about 4v or 4 + and find other pin which goes to battery + point ... and short these 2 pins ........ it will solve ur problem of battry not filling .....
here is one example of e2152i which i have done by shorting charging ic's two pins ........
this solution will only work for only showing charging but not filling ..... and
