This is my answer on iOS 7 and PATCH.. We waited for final iOS 7 to release our new PATCH, I also said why we MUST wait is because nobody can predict iOS 7 final..
The Situation now is that Apple did not kill the PATCH with iOS 7 final as they did with iOS 7 beta 6, but we found something new we did not prepare for.. Using the 3G PATCH on iOS 7 will bug the SMS..
Please bear with us.. we will NOT release the new PATCH for few days till we fix the new SMS bug surprise..
PLEASE USE THE FREE PATCH NOW TILL WE RELEASE NEW FILE PLEASE NOTE... YOU MUST SWITCH INTERNATION CDMA OFF TO GET SMS TO WORK FOR ALL CDMA iPhones ( Sprint/Verizon/Japan AU/SB) 
AND PLEASE USE THE FREE PATCH FOR ALL iOS 7 BECAUSE APPLE KILLED THE SMS FUNCTION WITH iOS 7.. Will Work it around soon..
