Tested. And my personal verdict:
10/10 *****(5 stars) a must-have. The "Error" on Serial port COM connect I am having in v3.x.x.x is gone in this new version.
Tip: If you have version v3.x.x.x, you will actually have an "Upgrade" option if you run Setup.exe on top of an existing installation, might also be true with v1.x.x.x. So I gave it a try, and the upgrade process was quite smooth. Just boot to safe mode and do the patching and start enjoying v4.x.x.x on your next boot. It's really worth the time and effort (imagine 30MB on dial-up!!
