At first download HWK..Pannel or HWK new Version(UFSx_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.03.00.00)...
From HWK sever then run the pannel in online after that connect your box and
try to cheack box ater that update box and after that go to hardwere tab and click on downloa dbutton... and wait ......
