adb, recovery, and smart flash wont recognize device. keeps booting to lg logo, capacitive buttons flash then reboots. enters download mode, lg mobile support tool says device is up to date and recovery says necessary information not found. lg flasher needs dll and bin, anyone have them?

also a stock rom, recovery, and idea how to fix?
