This is a BUG by Nokia or Microsoft in which the phone does not enter the proper
boot mode (OSBL) but instead it reverts to the "developers" boot mode which is
the Snapdragon's.

Some phones have this problem and some phones don't... It depends on the MODEM file
flashed inside the Phone at the factory.

You can search Nokia Developer's Forum and see many people having the same
problem with no proper solution from Nokia.

Nokia Service Centers in my country cannot even flash the phone for me when I
brought them 1 Lumia 710 with the QUALCOMM MSM problem.

Lumia 710 which are detected as QUALCOMM MSM will also be detected as a Removable
Hard Drive. Windows will ask you to format it... But for obvious reasons, do not format it.

plz boss what about using tp to unlock the phone is it possible?
