1st i try thies but no success

X2 hard reset combination buttons and hidden menu

1-Power on the phone
2- push on keyboard WIN (button) + O???
3- on the hidden menu push W for clean memory and after clic WIN (button) for contue reboot. ???

2nd
i try sony update service i cant find x2 in thies model list
