Timing in iPhone unlocking and Server services

Hi,
This is to explain here how the claims about the late delivery of services will be dealt in this section.

For the users the timing is important but things can go wrong for the suppliers too so is always better, before opening a thread here, try to solve the issue privately.

The timing stated by the servers must be always intended as working days so, please, don't open a claim if the server stated 48 hours and you added a job during the we as saturday and sunday are not considered as working days: keep it in mind the when doing timing calculations; A special exception can be done when the supplier been on line confirming the delivery via sonork or other IM so accepting the job and agreed on the timing (logs of conversation must be shown as without the thread will be just deleted).

The services with timing stated up to 3 days must be delivered with no more then 3 days over the due date (3 working days after the last day of the supposed delivery): if for any reason the service can't be delivered within this time-frame the seller must be willing to refund the user if he doesn't accept a time extension (Remember he must deal with his customers too) and logs of the extension being accepted must be kept in case of a claim. If the user doesn't accept the time extension, full refund must be processed on his simple request.

For all the other service with a longer delivery time, the late delivery can't be over one week after the last usefull day: if you can't delivery the service after so long time this automatically means the service is down or your source is not trustable; in this scenario you can't offer the service to the customer and he is entitled to a full refund so he can process the order wherever he prefers until he is willing to wait and agree a time extension (The time extension must be 100% sure as no late delivery is allowed).

To prevent similar issues would be the best if the suppliers:
a) Take off the listing the services they don't have a safe source for them.
b) If they are unable to process order for some time (eg traveling or personal issues) they stop their websites from accepting jobs.
c) Refund immediately a customer if the service is down instead of taking time hoping in a service restore.

From today, any claim about late service deliveries will be dealt following these guidelines.
