Boot screen logo stuck after flashing...

I loved my phone, but after updating it to v4.1.2 jellybean, i wanted to flash it again to ICS, at first it was stuck at "flashing partition 'ftm'"
but then after restarting my pc, it was done successfully, but when the phone rebooted, it was stuck at the boot intel screen...
