thanks for your advise am not a kid in the business of flashing this phone in question when customer bring it it was writing security code i check it in hwk,mxbox,cyclone,jaf and infinity best all this box can check the phone but cannot read the info so i find it difficult to known the rm then i Google search Nokia 6120c flash files the only one i see is the rm243 i then use it mind you have try to do the factory reset via the above mention software and box it fail that was when i decide to flash it.
