Siemens A50 damage

Hello!
I have a siemens A50 that has a water damage.I've placed the phone in pure alcohol for 2 days as it described here http://www.blue-backlight.de/de/umbau_de/umb_Wasserschaden.htm

All oxidations seems to be cleaned but i the phone is just dead.
Where is the problem located? maybe under the bga's?? :D :D
What should i do now? the phone doesn't even charge

try to drink some Isopropanol and try use ultrasonik cleener. ufter, rehot PCB with flux. Try reflash. If not help - put phone to trash...
