hey can v3682 motorola be unlocked with codes??

Hey guys.... I have a question about this Motorola v3682. I told my friend about this web site and he tryed to unlock it but no one has responded back. To tell you the truth I'm not even sure if it can be unlocked with just lock codes.... is it possible to unlock it by codes or do you need to hook it up with data cable??

Please tell me what I need to do to unlock this stupid phone... he's drivin me crazy...
