Have not yet got my user and pass for new support, so am trying to get help here. Tried to unlock C100 but all i get is no response from phone. cable is ok flashed a300 with it. I take it that c100 is supposed to go in test mode like q200?
any ideas anyone???
use A300 UNLOCK cable.
short pin 4 & 5.
phone should be off.

Brother A300 flashing cable wont work here...u need A300 unlocking cable.... for unlocking C100 ..the phone should be off and the moment u put in the cable phone will light up and diplay will show 3 different colors and unlocking with UST will take Exactly 2 Seconds ...

OK ,
first use A300 Cilp ( put the phone in TEST mode ) it will show 3 different colors , and then unlock it using UST and normal A300 Cable , it works for me all the time ;)

used chinese flash box - works, and also tried with another phone using clip first to put into test mode, good work guys thank you:)

Nice solution, After using a300 clip to put phone in test mode, then you can use even A200 or T100 cable for unlock / imei / repair / program NVR !!!
